Delivery Times:
Please allow 2 - 5 days for us to package and dispatch your order.
We do not use harsh preservatives in our products, so for this reason we don't keep large amounts of lotions etc on our shelves, instead we prefer to prepare fresh batches as orders are received.
This way we ensure you receive the freshest product available.

We accept payments via Pal Pal, Direct Deposit and for local customers , you may pay for your order when you pick it up.
Shipping:
At this time the most cost effective shipping for our valued customers is via Pre-Paid Satchels, up to 500g and 3kg.
Refund Policy:
Though unlikely, if you are genuinely unhappy with the quality of your purchase please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order and you may return the products for refund or exchange
